Hey guys, I'm Anthony, and this is my build thread for my 2008 Honda Civic Si sedan. It sucks that this forums is dead, for the most part, but I want to keep this thread updated to document my ownership of this vehicle.

I bought it in March from a family moving out of state for $4,500. It had about 170K miles on it and a recent OE replacement clutch job. It was completely stock, and aside from oil changes, brakes, and tires, doesn't have much of a maintenance history. I am the third owner.

The car was way too quiet for me, so I had a muffler shop delete the resonator and weld in an SRS muffler. It's pretty mellow in most situations, with a nice tone to redline. Check out the vids if you'd like.

I also added an eBay front lip that is currently off the car because I messed up the initial install, as well as Acuity shifter springs and an eBay shift knob.

I've taken it to two autocross events now, though the first time was in rain, but got some nice shots the second time around. I barely beat out an intake, tune 9th gen Si on Pilot Super Sports. I'm on 500 TW all-seasons. Also beat out my brother's HR 350Z with a Y-pipe, test pipes, and single-exit axle-back, K&N intake filters, and wider wheels and sticker, Federal tires (bonus pic included). He's also on Eibach lowering springs, though his shocks are blown which he claims really held him back. I believe him, because he's actually a better driver than me, lol. Anyway, I was definitely impressed with the car and had a blast.

Future plans include installing 215/45/17 GT Radial Champiro SX2s on all four corners, Dorman front camber bolts and rear camber kit, an alignment, and also some preventative maintenance items. And oh, getting better at detailing, specifically, machine polishing.
Thanks for reading! :wavey:
